Recently the West Bengal Municipal Corporation has released a notification for multiple vacancies (WBMSC Recruitment). West Bengal Municipal Corporation Recruitment 2023 has been published on the official website of West Bengal Municipal Corporation for five consecutive vacancies.

Monthly Salary-

• Sub-Assistant Engineer: Salary will be given as per pay level 12.
• Deputy Analyst (Microbiology): Salary will be given as per pay level 16.
• Assistant Analyst: Salary will be given as per pay level 11.

Age Limit-

• Sub-Assistant Engineer: Maximum age of 37 years candidates can apply.
• Deputy Analyst (Microbiology): Maximum age of 36 years candidates can apply.
• Assistant Analyst : Maximum age of 39 years candidates can apply.

Essential Qualifications-

• Sub-Assistant Engineer (Mechanical): Should have Diploma Certificate in Mechanical Engineering. Higher degree can be applied.
• Deputy Analyst (Microbiology): Should have done Masters of Science in Microbiology or Biochemistry. OR Must have done MD in Microbiology.
• Assistant Analyst: Graduation with at least 50 percent marks in Chemistry Bio Chemistry or Four Technology.
• Sub-Assistant Engineer (Electrical): Should have Diploma Certificate in Electrical Engineering Department from any recognized College or University.
• Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil): Should have Diploma Certificate in Civil Engineering.

Recruitment Procedure-

• Sub-Assistant Engineer (Mechanical), Sub-Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Sub-Assistant Engineer (Civil): Candidates will be recruited based on written test and personality test for these posts.
• Deputy Analyst (Microbiology), Assistant Analyst: The recruitment procedure for these posts will be intimated later on the official website.

Application Fee-

The application fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs.150 and for other candidates the application fee is Rs.50.
